Karthik Muppalla, DDS, graduated from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in 2021 and earned his undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Maryland, College Park. After completing his dental education, he pursued a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry program at LECOM Dental School under NYU Langone Health, where he received advanced training in oral surgery, endodontics, and restorative dentistry.

Dr. Muppalla is committed to continuous learning through both online and in-person clinical education courses, particularly with Spear Education. He has been a certified Invisalign provider since 2022. Through his education and experience, he has gained expertise in digital dentistry, including CAD/CAM technology, same-day crown fabrications, digital denture fabrication, and the latest techniques in root canal therapy and dental extractions.

Originally from Maryland, Dr. Muppalla relocated to Northern Virginia after completing his residency program in Florida. In his free time, he enjoys weight training, playing pickleball and tennis, and hiking.
